Calling all Fancy Border lovers!!

Hey there my favorite people....hope you are ready for a great Saturday, but before you get into whatever it is that calls your name today I wanted to show you my card for this week's challenge at Sugar Creek Hollow where we are using fancy borders on our project. These can be used to frame your image, around the edges of your project or anywhere else on it that your creativity takes you. Doesn't that sound like fun???

We will be choosing a random winner who will receive a digi of our choice and a winner's badge to display on her blog. In addition, the Design Team will choose one project as Card of the Week (or shall we say Project of the Week) and the creator will receive a badge to display on her blog and will be in the running for a Guest Designer spot.

We just ask you to keep in mind that we are a vintage/shabby chic/ retro blog when creating your card.

For my card today I have used the Spellbinders Fleur de lis dies and a Martha Stewart border punch "iron gate" which I punched 4 layers...2 in the double sided design paper and 2 in ivory. Don't you love the font in my sentiment which is from the Inkadinkado set "Friendship" and the floral from a new Fiskars set that I picked up cheap.

So off to the blog to check out what the others on the team have created and I hope you will join in our fun this week. I'll be looking for you.
Now to get some things done around the house....our temps were only in the 50's yesterday and not much warmer today...I'm loving it! Happy Day everyone.

Card Details:
Paper: Gina K Designs ivory, unk dark blue and dp from K&Co Driftwood
Ink: Stampin' Up Blue Bayou
Other: Dollar Tree satin ribbon, Spellbinders Fleur de lis, Martha Stewart Iron Gate punch, Prima charm
