Shopping my Stash along with some Midnight Madness

Hey there....haven't been able to visit at your blogs for a couple of days, but hope to catch up after while. Hope you are all enjoying the start of June, can you believe we are this far into the year already?

This card for today is for two challenges....the first is Priscilla's Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge, where you can use either the CAS or the more embellished sketch....you will find it here .

Number two is a site that I found through my good friend Carol and this is only their third challenge. Shopping Our Stash is doing oldies but goodies this week and we are to use one of our oldest rubber  or digital stamps. I knew exactly what to use, as this set Feathered Hope is the very first set that I purchased when I first thought about stamping. I had looked at it for quite a while and never purchased anything and then Cindy, my Stampin' Up demo called and said it was retiring, and I thought... now or never.

I knew just what I wanted to do when I saw this sketch. I hate struggling with a sketch challenge and love looking at one and seeing what I want to create. I took a branch from SU's set "Just Vine" and added the leaf pattern from Feathered Hope and then cut around some of those. My coloring is done with Tim Holtz distress inks and Versafine vintage sepia and SU certainly celery. My  dp is some retired certainly celery designer prints.

The inside is also made with a sentiment and nest from the same set. Thanks for taking a look and hope you can stop by both of these blogs and play along this week. I think I've gotten mine done in time to give you time as well...lol, instead of just getting in under the wire. Have a great evening, now what to do for dinner????

Card details:
Paper: SU Certainly celery, Certainly celery dp, Unk gold in stash
Ink: Tim Holtz distress inks, su certainly celery, versafine vintage sepia, su lovely lilac, spica glitter pen
other: Heidi Grace chipboard, flowers from friend, gems and brads-Making Memories, Swiss Dot embossing folder, Martha Stewart leaf punch
