The End of a Journey....

It is with both a sad and relieved heart that I post the passing of Rick's Mom, Polly.
After a very difficult week in which she became unable to eat or drink with her slipping into a coma, she has went on to a much better place.

While it is always hard to lose a loved one, we are happy that her suffering is at an end. I wish to think each of you that has lifted us up in prayer, not only at this time but during the past. The last 3 years of care giving were sometimes harder than Rick or I thought we could survive but you my dear friends kept me in your thoughts and prayers and we are now through this part of our journey.

I want to send my heartfelt thanks to each of you, I love you all!

Oh Patti, you and Rick are in my thoughts and prayers. It is sad to lose a loved one and so sad that it was so hard during the last week. It is a true blessing that you were in her life and something that I am sure she appreciated. I hope there is some comfort that she is now with the Lord and pain free and I am sure smiling down upon you and Rick for your thoughtfulness.

Patti,
I know right now this is all so hard for both you and Rick please know that you both are in my prayers. Also know that Polly is now dancing in a field of flowers of her choice. Her soul and spirit have been lifted up to the gates were all gardens bloom non stop and there is always glistening sunshine.
Hugs to you and Rick
